Alumna

A sorority member who is no longer a member of a collegiate chapter; the plural is alumnae

Chapter

A campus-based group of members that is affiliated with an NPC inter/national organization

College Panhellenic

The cooperative organization composed of the chapters of NPC sororities on the campus

Recruitment

Occurs early in the college life of an undergraduate woman. It may be an informal process of making friends who invite the undergraduate to become a member. Or it may be a more formal process that occurs during a time set aside especially for all the women who are interested in knowing more about the NPC sororities on a campus
