College Panhellenic Academy

College Panhellenic Academy is an NPC program designed to equip College Panhellenic officers and advisors with the most up-to-date Panhellenic knowledge, helping ensure the success of College Panhellenics throughout the U.S. and Canada. Academy provides the opportunity for hands-on training with NPC representatives, allowing attendees to refocus their commitment to NPC values and, in turn, shape their sorority communities.

The NPC Foundation, which underwrites educational programs for women leaders, annually provides support for College Panhellenic Academy.

2021 College Panhellenic Academy (Virtual Experience)

In August 2020, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) announced the 2021 College Panhellenic Academy will be held as a virtual experience to help protect the health and safety of all involved. The Academy virtual experience is scheduled for Jan. 22-23, 2021.

Officer Tracks

During the College Panhellenic Academy virtual experience, we will offer four collegiate officer tracks:

  • Judicial
  • President
  • Public relations/marketing
  • Recruitment

We also will offer a track for fraternity/sorority advisors.

These educational tracks have been modified for virtual engagement. Each officer track will be led by two facilitators and will educate on specific officer training information, provide an opportunity to develop leadership skills and collaborate with other like officers from around the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to the Academy virtual experience, each officer will be granted access to multiple e-learning modules specific to her officer position. These modules should be completed prior to attending the virtual event. During the virtual event, we will offer small group and large group education presented by dynamic keynote speakers and facilitators. Post-event information and resources will be shared once the live virtual event has concluded.  

Schedule

The schedule for our virtual experience will span two days (Jan. 22-23). You can download the general schedule here. Please note, the times on this schedule are reflected in the Eastern time zone. You will need to adjust accordingly for your specific time zone. 

Cost

The registration cost for 2021 Virtual College Panhellenic Academy is US$99/attendee. All participants registered and paid prior to Dec. 7, 2020, will receive a gift box filled with fun items to use during the event delivered to their physical address. Those who register after Dec. 7 will not be guaranteed a gift box.

Registration 

2021 Virtual College Panhellenic Academy registration is hosted in FS Central. Anyone who will be registering to attend College Panhellenic Academy must first claim her/his FSID, which is the username and password used to access FS Central. Click here to claim your FSID.

To register:

1. Log in to FS Central and go to “Events” at the top left.
2. Under National Panhellenic Conference College Panhellenic Academy 2021, select “Register” to register one attendee or “Register multiple attendees” to register up to 5 individuals. To register more than five individuals, you will need to do more than one registration.
3. Click “Register” and proceed to enter registration information for your first attendee.
a. If you are only registering one individual, press “Submit Registration.”
b. If you are registering more than one person, press “Add Registrant” and continue as before.

  • If you choose to pay online you will be directed to a checkout page where you can complete the payment process using a credit card. After payment is completed, you will be directed to a page where you can print your invoice.
  • If you choose to pay by check, you will be directed to the invoice, which can be printed and then mailed with your check. Payments must be received by Dec. 7 to receive a gift box. Please make checks out to the National Panhellenic Conference and mail to:

College Panhellenic Academy Scholarships

Thanks to a generous donation from Zeta Tau Alpha, the NPC Foundation is offering scholarships to College Panhellenics. The deadline to apply was Oct. 11, 2020. Recipients will be notified in late October.

2022 College Panhellenic Academy

NPC will host College Panhellenic Academy as a stand-alone event on Jan. 28-29, 2022, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport, 6089 Clarks Creek Road, Plainfield, IN 46168.
