Researchers

The NPC Research Committee serves as an institutional review board for the National Panhellenic Conference and its 26 member groups. Any research proposal involving undergraduate women who are members of the National Panhellenic Conference is submitted to the Research Committee for its review prior to any research being conducted.

Upon completing the review, the committee provides a recommendation to the national leadership of the NPC groups on the campus where the research will take place. If all criteria are submitted with the original proposal, the timeline for review and response is normally three weeks.

The NPC Research Committee cooperates with the Center for the Study of the College Fraternity and welcomes inquiries regarding proposals from prospective researchers.
