Completion of reports is vital to providing statistics that support the sorority experience and for area coordinators to support Alumnae Panhellenics to the best of their ability. Please make sure all report deadlines are included on your Alumnae Panhellenic calendar. If you have questions about these reports, please contact your area coordinator or the Panhellenic support specialist.
- 2016-2017 Alumnae Panhellenic Annual Report - Due May 15.
Please submit the 2016-17 report via the online annual report form. If you need your username and password, please contact your area coordinator or the NPC office at 317-872-3185 to retrieve your login information.
- In preparation for completing your annual report, you may use this Word Document version of the report to gather the necessary data and information. The report will NOT be accepted in this format and still must be completed through your Alumnae Panhellenic login.
- Alumnae Panhellenic Officer Information - Due annually when officers are installed.
Please submit your officer information via the online membership system. Once logged in, use the dropdown menu to select “My Membership.” Scroll down to the section titled “Sub-Members.” There you can add, remove and renew officers. Make sure to include their position in the box marked “Title” and select “APH Member” when adding a new officer. When the system automatically generates start and end dates for new members, do not adjust them.
