The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) has collaborated with the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and NIC Foundation to develop a new fraternity/sorority contacts and information database called FS Central. We expect FS Central to be online in November. Once NPC staff has completed training, we will send College and Alumnae Panhellenics instructions on how to use FS Central. Please stay tuned for those instructions.
In the meantime, when trying to access the NPC website > Resources > Log In As Your Panhellenic, site visitors can no longer access the database (and therefore, cannot add or change information or upload documents). Visitors will receive this message instead.
Please note: Nothing else on our website has changed and Panhellenics can still find helpful operational and educational information under the Resources heading.
Reminders for College and Alumnae Panhellenics:
- If you have a change to any of your contacts, please hold that information until FS Central is available. You will enter that information directly into the new database once it is online.
- If you have meeting minutes or new governing documents, please also hold that information until FS Central is available. You’ll also be able to upload those documents to the new database.
- Stay in communication (email, phone) with your NPC area advisor or area coordinator to ensure she is aware of changes in your Panhellenic.
- In November, please look for emails from NPC with instructions on how to use FS Central, including creating an account, changing contact information and uploading documents.
